In the Works

Just in time for my new camera we had another beautiful hail storm in Nebraska that resulted in this slight outline of a rainbow.  Proving, ever so slightly, that it is always darkest before the dawn. The weather was nice today for once, it would’ve been a good day to go out and take some pics but I had other plans.  Yesterday a present arrived, a shiny new set of Vance & Hines Slashcut Staggerd Exhaust pipes for my Vulcan 900 Custom. All I can say is WOW. It feels and sounds like a whole new bike. They sound mean and I love it!

Tuesday I will be accepting delivery of a fi2000r Fuel Management System.  I am not sure yet if I will install it on my bike. There are mixed reviews as to whether or not it’s required with an exhaust modification.  I might ship it back and go for the Corbin Seat that I’ve been eying. As a side note, motorcycles cost much more than the sticker price. smile

Seth Godin preaches that in order to stand out you have to be remarkable.  I know that I’m not generating anything buzz worthy here… It’s almost like a personal journal.  I assure you I’m ironing out the kinks before I get into the meat of what I’m after.  In the mean time, I have posted a contact form, updated the about section and I should be working out a google sitemap so that I can get some real traffic.  I will also be offering expandable comments so that you can reply to a particular comment as soon as I figure out how that works. Maybe it’s a word press plugin since I mainly see it on WP blogs.  I had to go against the grain and use Expression Engine. Hopefully the folks at pmachine have something similar.
